The Greatest Skill in MLM is Caring
I have worked with various opportunities for well over a decades and I have come to recognize that the greatest skill in MLM is most definitely “Caring”. The statement that I listen to the most when people are complaining within their work environments is “my boss couldn’t care less about me”. People are complaining that their boss, the management or their Upline doesn’t care about them because it is important for a person to be recognized. How come people feel that way?
